| 5th National Forum and 1st Inter-American Forum on Housing |

 With the aim of promoting the best Inter-American Cement Industry practices through technology, processes, and Housing products, the ISCYC and FICEM-APCAC jointly with ASIA- FOICAP, ACODES, CADES, CASALCO and VMVDU, invite the sector members to participate in the 5th National Forum and 1st Inter-American Forum on Housing: Habitat and Sustainability within Globalization. The event will take place on 9th-12th July 2008 at the FEPADE auditorium in San Salvador.
During the forum, the FICEM-APCAC Housing Technical Committee meeting will be held.
The objective of the forum is to provide a space for the discussion of the housing sector’s current situation in El Salvador and to come up with concrete ideas that allow the reduction of the existing deficiencies. Conferences Topics: The event will count with the participation of international and foreign speakers, as well as with the parallel celebration of EXPO VIVIENDA 2008.
For the first time in the Forum, the Central-American Ministers of Housing will participate; with the purpose of knowing the characteristics regarding the technical, financial, urban, and social equipment aspects, as well as the different executed cooperation schemes.
