CONFERENCES REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. Attendance confirmation to the conference must be made at least 2 weeks before the lectures, with the purpose of assuring your place.
2. The attendance payments must be covered before the start of the event.
3. In case of a cancellation, it must be sent in writing maximum one week before the event, requesting the fund transfer for the course or service during the 2009 calendar year, otherwise there will be no reimbursement of the investment.
4. The lecturers and the content of the conferences may change for causes external to the IMCYC.
